Everyone dreams of living together happily-ever-after, but in reality, there are many ups and downs in every marriage. In my experience, many ongoing problems in a relationship can be sorted out without any outside help—if we are self-aware, ready to put in the work & know how to speak and listen to each other from the heart, with vulnerability and honesty.
But this is not an easy task, and that’s where I come in—serving as a neutral bridge between both partners and providing a helping hand for carefully untangling the knots, resolving conflicts, repairing past injuries and cultivating a heart-centred bond. During the process of couples therapy, I work jointly as well as individually with each partner, to ensure the work we do together is deep and long lasting.
As a Buddhist Psychologist, Yoga practitioner (certified teacher) and longstanding meditator, I specialize in holistic, integrative psychotherapy grounded in Buddhist & Yoga Philosophy—a compassionate yet practical lens for understanding our ego-based patterns, which lie at the root of our suffering in relationships and in life.
I use scientifically-backed Western methods—such as Gottman Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems—along with Heart-Centered Communication Coaching in my work, tailoring my approach and tool-kit to match the unique needs of every client.
I work online with couples as well as individuals worldwide. Explore the website and get in touch if you would like to work with me.
